Departments

Structural Engineering

The Department for Structural Engineering is our largest department, and specializes in structural design, civil engineering, construction technology, building physics, and materials science for new buildings, conversions, and renovations. The team includes certified structural engineers, materials specialists, and engineers experienced in building inspection. Our goal is to create quality constructions that last well into the future, which is why we have assembled our team to cover all the classic engineering disciplines, ensuring that we have what it takes to plan and execute a project from the initial idea to the completed construction.

Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

The Mechanical Engineering Department specializes in piped drainage, water supply, heating, fire fighting, sprinklers, air conditioning, ventilation, and cooling for new builds, conversions, and renovations. The team includes experts in laboratory systems, integrated energy solutions, indoor climate simulation, building surveys, and maintenance of building services.

The Electrical Engineering Department specializes in planning, design, and optimization of supply, lighting, and power systems for new buildings, conversions, and maintenance – including fire extinguishing systems, lifts, escalators and security systems.

Project Management & Client Advisory

The Project Management Department primarily assists our clients with construction management and client consultancy and provides advice from the initial considerations all the way through to the completion and handover of the finished construction project. As client consultants, we act as the client’s closest partner and trusted advisor throughout the entire construction process. And as construction manager, the primary task is to safely guide the construction to completion, considering time, budget, and quality, as well as coordinating occupational health and safety during planning and execution.

Roads, Metro & Civil Works

The Division for Roads provides consultancy services ranging from concept studies to as-built documentation within the scope of planning and supervision of urban and rural roads, paths and squares and motorways and highways. The Division for Railway and Metro aim at creating a sustainable and effective rail infrastructure, and we offer consultancy from conceptual design to maintenance of railway and metro systems, and our employees have thorough knowledge and experience regarding norms and standards for rail systems. The Division for Bridges and Civil Structures provides consultancy services include planning and design of bridges, tunnels and other civil structures, including interim structures by Danish and international standards.

Environmental Assessment

The Environmental Assessment Department deals with contaminated soil and groundwater, industrial environment, incl. green accounting and environmental management, product-oriented environmental assessments, including life-cycle analyses and environmental product data, mapping and assessment of water resources and sustainability assessments, certifications and recommendation for reuse and recycling. Projects are dealt with by interdisciplinary teams comprising geologists, geographers, biologists, engineers and environmentalists.
